Wars have always existed. However, something has changed since the turn of the twentieth century. The development of science and technology has altered its nature, just as human relationships have evolved over time. This evolution has always been contemporaneous with and accompanied psychoanalysis. This is its consequence and an attempt to rectify it. What will happen to psychoanalysis as scientific and technological advancements accelerate? During the International Psychoanalytic Forum “Thoughts On The Times About War And Psychoanalysis”, Alain Vannier and his colleagues will seek answers to this and other questions.
