AIPA Partnership

The end of the year is a time to take stock. The IFP has many highlights for 2025, as the year was very productive and active in terms of international events, publications, and the expansion of international cooperation for the development of psychoanalysis worldwide. One of the most important outcomes of the year in this regard was the IFP’s partnership with the Portuguese psychoanalytic association AIPA (International Association of Psychoanalysis and Counseling). The association’s primary goal aligns with our mission of promoting the global development of psychoanalysis, professional support, and the advancement of psychoanalysts’ knowledge.

We are confident that the new year will bring us fruitful international cooperation and exchange of experience with AIPA.
